the woodlands wedding photographer | delane & ryan's fall engagement

I love Fall! Everything about it! The scarves, boots, cooler weather, campfires, blankets, smores, pumpkins... I could go on and on. Delane and Ryan's engagement session just speaks of Fall to me! The autumn colors, rich patterns and textures paired with the classic backgrounds of open fields, wooded areas, and ponds made for a perfect combination. Add to all this an adorable couple and you have yourself a top-notch engagement shoot! I am really looking forward to photographing Delane and Ryan again on their wedding day in April!

houston wedding photographer | karen + taylor's rustic ranch engagement

Karen and Taylor invited me to Taylor's family ranch in Fulshear, TX to photograph their engagement session. I knew when Karen said a vintage red Ford truck would be involved it was going to be a good day! This session is one of the first this year that really looks like Spring is here. The yellow flowers in the field are my favorite! I absolutely adored Karen's red Anthropologie dress and "Love sign" from BHLDN. Karen and Taylor will be tying the knot at Briscoe Manor in September of this year.
